** POLICY FOR SPECIAL ORDERS**
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your requested day and items. We will do everything we can to satisfy your request, however your requested day/time for pick up is not immediately guaranteed.
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and send you a proposal/invoice with product details, cost, and pick up window. Once you have confirmed that the proposal is satisfactory, AND have paid a 50% deposit, your order will be locked in.
You MUST arrive within the 2 hour window you're given for pick up (or contact us if something arises whereby you'd need to schedule a secondary window of time), and you must pay your balance at the time of pick up.
